1. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Submit false or fraudulent service requests
  • Interfere with the operation of the site

2. Quote Requests and Service Inquiries

Submitting a quote request does not create a service contract. All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on an in-person assessment. H2O Pool Care reserves the right to decline service to any individual or address at its sole discretion.

3. SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number through our virtual quote form, you consent to receive text messages from H2O Pool Care related to your quote request. These messages may include confirmation that we received your request, follow-up on your continued interest in service, and coordination to schedule an in-person visit for a final quote and service.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Your phone number will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from H2O Pool Care.

4. Pricing and Service Terms

All final pricing is confirmed before service begins. Monthly service rates are based on pool type, size, condition, and location. H2O Pool Care reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Service agreements are governed by a separate written service contract between H2O Pool Care and the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2O Pool Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided here. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and video — is owned by or licensed to H2O Pool Care. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
